Hello everyone! October is in full swing at our house and I’m posting my October Daily album regularly on my Instagram feed. Follow me on Instagram to keep up with my layouts. I’ll be doing a video walk-thru of my completed album in November!
Today I’m sharing a layout I did for Technique Tuesday using the Fall Favorites Stamp Set and Fall Favorites Crafting Dies. I’m not doing weekly layouts for my 2019 Project Life album, I’ve been summarizing the month in layouts. For September’s layouts, I’m doing an update for each of my kids. September is a big month for them as they all start school and their sports!
I created a journal card using the Fall Favorites Stamp Set and stamped the”hello Fall” sentiment using a Green Tea, Catherine Pooler Ink Pad. If you’ve followed me for a while, you know I LOVE Catherine Pooler inks. The colors are vivid and I always get a nice, crisp impression with my clear stamps.
I used the Essential Stitched Labels Crafting Dies to die cut some old Kelly Purkey paper I had in my scrapbooking stash. Then I die cut one of the leaves from the Fall Favorites Stamp Set and added the sentiment “everything is falling into place” below it. I thought it was the perfect sentiment for this layout as my youngest settles in to his new schedule this year.
Thanks for stopping by today! Have a great week and don’t forget to enter the Ellen Hutson blog hop for a chance to win the entire Ellen Hutson October release!
