For today’s project, I made a gift tag using the Letterboard die set. I live in the Pacific Northwest and “coffee, mountains & cabin” is pretty much my mantra in the winter. We usually road trip to the mountains with a thermos full of coffee to stay in a cabin in the woods. It is my favorite thing about living in the PNW.
This new letterboard die set is really awesome! There are two letter sizes and they’re both great with the letterboard or on their own. I will give you fair warning that they are a bit fussy, so I would recommend either using a glue with a needle point applicator or using sticky back paper on your cardstock before you die cut the letters. I would also suggest craft tweezers.
Aside from arranging the letters, this tag came together fairly quickly. I cut the letterboard and frame out of colored cardstock and glued them onto a 5.5”x4.25” 80lb sheet of Neenah Solar White cardstock. Then I trimmed it down. I used accessories from the Woodsy Lady for this tag and colored them with my Copic markers.
I used the tag from the Parcel Box die set with a sentiment from the Over the River stamp set. Punched a hole in the top of the letterboard and added some rustic twine! It makes a great neutral tag for all your outdoorsy friends and family.
Thanks for stopping by today!
